We joined OnePlus as they were moving into additional approved regions and needed to develop distribution channels to support this growth. One of the major challenges they faced toward achieving this was the product constraints that affect distribution.

The Solution
Dialectic worked hard in establishing procedures and methods of effective distribution. We harnessed our current carrier partners as well as searched for new possibilities and collaborations that could fulfill the logistics requirements. Once we had established partners that could meet the criteria, we worked hard to make the distribution processes succinct. We could then work on removing any parts that weren’t essential and streamlining the procedures to create cost-effective solutions for moving their inventory into these new markets.
These methods of procuring carriers and implementing distribution processes can be consistently applied as OnePlus reaches future territory. We aim to be by their side long into the future to support their growth into these new markets and capitalize on the power of their incredible products. As OnePlus continues to grow, so does our growthful and prosperous relationship with them.
