Fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form in its entirety and place the RMA Form in the box with the item(s) being returned.
2. RETURN ITEMS
Return the authorized item(s) per shipping instructions.
3. PROCESS REQUEST
Our Return Dept. will process your request.
4. WAIT
Returns may take up to 14 days to process the return and/or credit your account.
Item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the shipment date to receive a full refund or credit.*
